1) No monotheistic Gods. I don't want to hold back people's creativity, but a God that can end existance by blinking his eyes might kind of ruin the game for everyone else. Not only that, but it might start infringe on what some players are comfortable with.
2) Please follow the guidelines below as listed in the example given in the second post for character creation.
3) Both known mythological Gods and custom made ideas are allowable during this RP.
4) Alright, now for the subject of the Immortal abilities. I know there are plenty out there that want the uber-God, the one that can do anything. For the sake of everyone here this has to have checks and balances. I don't want to limit creativity, but for full enjoyment one should make thier diety about as powerful as your average Greek God (i.e. they control one aspect of existance and that is about it). I believe this will assure fairness and enjoyment of this game.
5) Be creative, while we all love having our heavy hitter you might find you enjoy playing the God of Grass as well. I want this game to suit the tastes of all sorts of Role Players, so have fun with it.
6) Remember, this is the world of Deities, so sex isn't limited to male and female. Ambiguous, asexual, or something completely different as long as you can make it work well are all options when listing sex.

Immortal Creation Example
Name: Odin Sex: Male Domain: God of War and Wisdom Powers: Advanced intelligence, possesses 'The sight' when meditating. Advanced warcraft and strength. Pantheon: Asgard <For applicants please include some sort of RP sample. This can be a history, an introductory sort of post, or even a copy and paste of your work from another board> ---------------------------- History and Appearance are preferred, especially so for custom deities.
History: Gave up one of his eyes at Mimir's spring in order to gain the wisdom of ages. Odin presides over Asgard and his court at Valhalla as the all father, lord of the Gods that preside there. He has taken it upon himself to welcome and entertain the great fallen mortal warriors in preparation for Ragnarok. When war approaches he can be seen sitting atop his war steed Sleipnir, with several animals representing his traits as leader gathered around him. It is said he can summon wars between mortals simply by planting his javalin, Gungnir into the battleground.
Appearance: Odin is known to mortals as a shapeshifter, most often seen though is an elderly man with grey beard and only one eye. In reality he is more of an elderly looking God, albeit imposing due to his years of warring and preparing for Ragnarok. To look at him one would see why he is the God of Wisdom, to fight against him would show you why he is God of War.
