Striding into the abyss was Hel, as disgustingly corpselike as always. To her side was Modgud, the guardian goddess of the bridge leading into Niflheim. In her hands she easily wielded a sickle and a two handed war hammer. Her condition though wasn't much more improved then her master, as she could also be described as a walking corpse with a few extra muscles.
Garm was nowhere to be found, instead in the hand of Hel was a small crystal containing what looked to be a minature vortex. She would fulfill her promise, but sneaking a giant hellhound into another pantheon would be a difficult job.

Eclipse, noticing Hel while flying, drifts down and lands near the two. In stark contrast to the corpses, Eclipse looked young and still in the prime of life. "Who in the Abyss are you?" Eclipse asks, rather rudely. It was his home, and as far as he knew, they didn't deserve any respect yet. He'd decide that later.

A demon that had been posted on sentry to watch for Demetria's allies makes a whimpery sound; he can't chastice Eclipse but thought that a grievous error on the god's part.
"Please forgive him," the demon hisses in a breathy voice. "He knows not the plans Mistress has laid. Come, come and Mistress will tend to you soon."

Hel wasn't put off at the man's approach, or at least did her best to pretend not to be. She extended her free hand to the man when he adressed her as if to shake, Modgud did nothing but snicker as her mistress extended her 'friendship.'
"I am Hel, ruler of the eigth world, I believe this is how you warriors greet one another."
It is when the demon came by that she lowered her hand, giving an actual smile to the new demon. It was about time that she was given some respect by those who live in the Abyss. One more person that greets her like Bael or Eclipse and she will seriously begin considering leaving them.
"Ah, thank you, I have brought my part of the bargain. But I am in no hurry, things are just rather dull in Helheim. If you ever want to get out of here I am sure I can find a position for you."

"You are mother's guests, then?" Eclipse drew his sword with one swift motion, cut a rip to his mother's residence, and resheathed his sword. Bowing to Hel, he offered use of the tear. "I would suppose you'd like to meet with my mother quickly?"

Hel looks at the tear in space for a moment, recognizing what it is but not wanting to follow that man anywhere. She thinks for a moment and turns to the demon that greeted her earlier. There seems to be a strange hierarchy around here, perhaps she can appeal to that.
"You there," she motions to the demon, "I'll follow you wherever you think is best, I'm not going to trust this fool though as far as I can throw my hound. Get me to Demetria in one piece and I will be sure to put in good word for you."
She hopes that will get her where she needs to go with minimal risks. At this point she is content with not following Eclipse just to insult the man. An eye for an eye as the mortals are fond of saying.

The demon trembles and looks at Eclipse in abject fear. "L-l-lord Eclipse is Mistress Demetria's son," he whimpers. "He is... Honorable enough to trust. The rip would be the fastest way to reach Demetria. It is safe."

The fear of the demon does not translate to the icy heart of Hel. This place is far to hot for her liking, she prefered the friged cold of Niflheim.
"Very well, lets go"
She walked right to the tear, ready to push Eclipse out of the way so she and Modgud could get through unencumbered if she had to. She would be more then happy to treat him better, but her reception has been less then spectacular so far.

The demon scrambled into the rip before Hel could, calling out to Demetria. She wasn't far; merely putting the finishing touches on Noel's bindings. Rising, she came to the rip to greet Hel.
"I'm glad you could come," she said solemnly, trying not to let her panic creep into her voice. "Things would not have gone so quickly if it weren't for outside forces meddling in our affairs."

Hel looks at Noel in his plight and begins to cackle a small bit at watching. This wasn't exactally her kind of torture, but it seemed demeaning enough to pass. Modgud couldn't help but be fascinated by the display.
"I keep my promises Demetria, I'm not evil I just do my job. If there are outside forces that wish to intervene, then they should be removed as well. We shall send the heavens crashing down on Midgard if they are foolish enough to stand in the path of Hel."
Then she can start her beginnings, moving up the food chain until she dethrones Odin in Asgard. The one thing she has working in her favor if this war goes well is that both of them will know the same people, they will just like her a whole lot more.

"And as soon as I have this pantheon nestled in my claws, then I will give you a fine stallion of a god for your uses," she purred, smiling. "Perhaps... If all goes well..." Her eyes glittered. "A head god."

Hel smiled a wicked, cold hearted smile at the thought of that. The world would get to know her icy grip if she could have the child of a God. A head God would guarantee it, the sword Balmung would give her a warrior of destiny.
"Well, I brought our trump card right here Demetria, you might recognize it as the swirling mass you stepped through to get to Helheim. My little puppy will come to his master as soon as I break the crystal."
She holds the crystal up for everyone to see, inside was some of the well water that allowed one to go to Helheim without walking. She is sure the eater of souls could manage the bridge for a little while, this was destiny right now.

"Excellent," Demetria hissed in delight. "I'd release Garm once the battle began, and no sooner though. You were wise to hide him as you did; my bitch sister Alethia has an uncanny knack for knowing what goes on in her realm outside of small scale things. We'll launch our attack as soon as Bael returns."

Bael barged into the room suddenly, looking pissed. "Demetria! Those angel bastards are on the move! They are coming this way with what seems to be most of there legions." Bael glances at Hel after noticing her. "I hope that dog of yours is more powerful then I thought..."

"That's our cue then," Demetria remarked with surprising calmness. "Release Garm. Bael, come. We will fly to meet our enemies and the demons will rally with us to clash with their angel." Folding her wings she gave a cackle, and strode quickly out of the room, trusting Hel to see to her own matters herself.
