Loki appears in a darkened ally near a news station's broadcasting center. Through shape-shifting into an ant, he manages to slip into the building when an employee opens the door. Quickly, he finds an unused room and performs a second shape-shift, this time into the form of President Adris. Strolling out of the room, and into a unused broadcasting room in a way to suggest that there is nothing at all unusual about what he's doing. Fortunately, everything was still set up from the last time the room was used except for the power button being off, and the power button is clearly label. Feeling proud of being able to switch on the device despite it being so far beyond the norm for him, Loki approaches the podium in the center of the room to look more official and begins to speak. "Hello, people of America, and any other peoples who might be watching. I have a very important, though brief message for all of you... In an unfortunate event not many days ago, Thor's hammer -Mjollnir- was stolen by the dwarves, and is now somewhere within this world. It is my dearest wish that the stolen item be recovered, because in the wrong hands such a thing could be extremely dangerous. Thank you, and good day." He switches off the power before wrinkling up his nose. "Ugh. Talking that way leaves an odd taste in my mouth..." (Can the real president come in now and see this? Just for the humor value. )

The signal has already reached the ears of the real president Adris. Down the hall he flew, he didn't know who this person was or what he was trying to pull, but this mistake had to be corrected before it turned into something bigger. The door burst open, fully armed Secret Service agents walked in and trained thier weapons on Loki. Adris stepped forward, being taller then his guards helped him stand out to the God of Mischief.
"Who are you and what are you trying to do? Your excuse had better be...."
It dropped off there when he might as well been looking in the mirror. His expression changed from exasperated to plain confused off of the earth itself. The entire room seemed to stop as they stood silent looking at Loki diguised as Adris.

"Ah... I think that's my cue to leave..."
Loki decides to test his luck and try walking straight out the door first. After all, shooting him would look like shooting the president. As soon as he's on the other side of the door, he's going to start running toward a window, jump out, and turn into the fastest bird he can to get out of there before the shock wears off.

Adris finally shook it off, deciding the first course of action would be to set the hearts and minds of the American people straight. From what he just saw at ease was definately not going to be an option. He pokes one of the agents to turn on the equiptment again while he takes his place.
"My fellow Americans, might I tell you now that what you just saw was not me. An impersonator managed to get ahold of the equiptment necessary to make a mass broadcast, but may you be assured that he was found out. This however, does point out many confirmed reports. I promised you, my people, not to lie to you. Several days ago there were reports of mysterious activity over sub-saharan Africa, which may have been confirmed due to the activity of this madman. It will be investigated immediately, and I will not rest, until the safty of the American people is assured. I repeat, disregard statements made by the impersonator before me, and we are doing our best to make sure that no more comes from this. Good night, and may the Immortals bless America."
With that the camera went off and he slumped back in a nearby chair, which he rocked back and forth a couple times. He looked up to his agents, who looked decently pleased with this inpromptu response. The CIA will be on him for reporting on the documents, but he needed some sort of excuse for what just happened, and he felt that was the safest way to go. The events probably weren't related anyway, making this that much easier.
