Religious study, Asgard

Sienna kept on walking along the old road, hoping to come across a city fairly soon so she can get some rest before finding some scholars who worship the Asgardian gods. After a few minutes she sits on a rock/block of rubble with a small sigh before going about rubbing her feet.

Sapphira switches her bag of books from one shoulder to the other. Though it was a bit of a walk away from the city college she attends, the ruins are a favored place for her to go to study. Granted, the favoritism is mostly due to the quiet and that few people went very far into the ruin if they could avoid it. Spotting Sienna, the student raises a brow and calls to her, "Hey! Are you lost?"

Sienna looks up at the question before calling back to her. "I really hope not. I was on my way to a city that should be along this road..am I going the right way?" She starts to put her shoes back on.

[Tuyet]

"Of cource there's a city this way!" Sapphira replies with a slight laugh. "I would know; I go to college in that city. So, what are you looking for in the city? A job?"

Sienna smiles and stands up. "Actually, I was hoping to talk with some priests and priestess' of the asgardian gods. I'm a student of Divine Studies."

[Tuyet]

Sapphira's eyes widen slightly in suprise. "Oh really? Odd. I'm a religious studies major myself, and my favorite of the gods is Loki." She chuckles. "I'll take you to my proffessor, and see if the priest is seeing anyone for interviews, ok?"

Sienna grins. "Really? That would be great! I'm glad to know there are studies on gods here too." She stretches a bit. "So what brings you out here?"

[Tuyet]

Sapphira shrugs. "I like to come out to this ruin to study. It serves as an excellent reminder of the power, jealousy, and danger that comes from gaining knowledge without tempering it with reverance for what remains unseen."

[iamtuo]

Sienna raises an eyebrow and looks about the ruins. "..You sound an awful lot like my old professer.."

[Tuyet]

"Oh?" Sapphira tilts her head curiously. "How so?"

[iamtuo]

"Oh, about how no matter how much we learn, we must always respect and revere the gods, even the ones we dont worship. The way you spoke just now reminded me a little of that."

[Tuyet]

"Well, you never know what would happen if you misuse information or insult the gods. I'd rather not take that chance, and be turned into a newt or something." Sapphira shrugs. "Are you ready to go?"

[iamtuo]

"Sure! Hope you have a car nearby." Sienna grins. "Which way?"

[Tuyet]

"Car?" Sapphira laughs. "Who needs cars when you can get somewhere in only thirty minutes walking? You just waste money on fuel, and have to take a much more complicated route to come here in one. Follow me?"

She turns, and starts walking back toward the city.

Sienna sighs, hoping to get off her feet but follows anyways. "Alright, a half an hour isnt so bad."
