Dreamwarp, devoted priestess and zealot of Eris, pulled her furs and cloak together tighter about herself as she trekked and plodded along the desolate landscape of Russia, headed towards the nearest place of inhabitation.
"Damn it's cold here," Dreamwarp swore, shivering and clattering her teeth when she wasn't talking aloud to herself. "Why m'lady would ever want Russia is beyond me. Snow and rocks. Where's the excitement in that?"

Amung the same rocks and snow Dreamwarp found herself mumbling about, a man with a black blade appearing to dance as he swings his blade in an impressive different strokes. The extreme cold doesn't seem to be bothering him, because as he practices his deadly art, his shirt lays on a rock some feet away from him. Not noticing Dreamwarp, the man continues his training.

Dreamwarp stumbles over the next rise and stops dead as she sees the man. Her first reaction was, Holy Chao, that guy is HOT!. This was followed by Hey he's pretty good at that, and concluded with Why the hell isn't he wearing a shirt?
She cleared her throat and called out, "Hey! You'll get frostbite if you keep that up!"

The young man, hearing a voice, stops and looks up at where the voice came from, and saw a woman looking at him. Shrugging off that his training will likely go no further today, he sheaths the black sword and retreives his shirt, putting it back on. Afterwards, he looks back up at the woman, but neither moves nor speaks, but appears to be waiting for her to do something.

Dreamwarp places one hand on her hip and eyes the man over, smirking. "That's better. But then again, it's not." She didn't bother to elaborate; she never did. Coming closer, she called out, "Now what are you doing here in the middle of nowhere? At least I'm heading towards some sign of life. It seems I found it, but I was hoping you'd be more populace than you are." And, as usual when speaking with strangers, she easily fell into the pattern of just letting whatever half-coherent thought in her mind be spoken.

The young man says simply, "The next village is a few more miles along this path. I'm just here training, and didn't expect anyone to chance onto me."

Perhaps I ought to make the best of my situation Dreamwarp thinks to herself. "Tell me, sir." She smiled slyly at him. "Are you the religious type? Forgive my prying, but I am dearly curious."

Hope he's convertible Dreamwarp thought idly. "And who do your worship, might I ask?" Judging by the blade, it was probably one of the rough and tumble gods of battle or honor or something silly like that.

Eclipse can't help but chuckle again at this. "None at all. I am religious in the sense that I've seen them and know they exist, but I don't bother worshipping any of them."

"You ought to try it," Dreamwarp urges, delighted at this opportunity. It doesn't phase her that he would claim to have seen them. She's seen Eris in visions before. "And I highly suggest you pay homage to Eris. The benefits of doing so are excellent! Sure, she's fickle and be a little bitchy, but you're guaranteed to never be bored or disenchanted with life."

"And who said I am bored or disenchanted? Besides, if I had to worship one, it may likely be Eclipse." Eclipse smiles to himself, and studies the young woman's body carefully, not caring if she notices what he's doing. "I don't think I caught your name..."

Dreamwarp catches his leering and figures she might as well put it good use. It wasn't like she was a morally bound prude. Shifting ever so slightly to better give her curves shape and show, she goes on, "I'm called Dreamwarp, priestess of Eris. And why would you worship some nobody like Eclipse when you can have whatever you like with Eris? For example, by Eris's tenets, I would be entirely within my rights to-" and then she tried to tackle and kiss him.

Eclipse is taken by surprise by Dreamwarp's actions, and instinctively moves to defend himself, catching her with one arm while the other reaches for his sword, while his right leg shifts back to keep his balance. He has is sword only half-drawn when her lips meet his. Stunned for an instant by her actions, Eclipse nonetheless takes advantage of it, holding her closer and kissing her in return.
After the kiss, which lasts until both are breathless, Eclipse lowers the woman so she is standing on her own feet again, but continues to hold her close to himself. "I don't appreciate being called a nobody," smirks Eclipse, "but I think I'll forgive you this time."

The words don't immediately register. "But I didn't call you a nobody, I said E- Oh my goddess!" She tried to move back, shocked. "I kissed a god, didn't I!" She paused. "Ooh I kissed a god." She grinned widely. "And such a good kisser too. Well shoot." She pouted. "Are you in the area trying to gain converts?"
