"Clarice?! Clarice, where are you?" she calls, as she hurriedly continues.
"Damnit, it's times like these I wish I had Mache's senses... Any time father disappears something bad always happens unless Clarice stops him."

Clarice was on the beach in Rio, taking in the sun. It was an activity that she found so relaxing on the long days where she couldn't think of something else to do. She hears the call, but didn't catch the transport so she wouldn't harp about the rules of God to mortal interactions this time.
"Oh Carmine over here! What are you doing here? Anything important happening?"
It was obvious she was making good with the money she took earlier to do all of this. She was wearing a finely tailored emerald greed swimsuit and reading a nice sized novel while listening to an mp3 player that she happened to pick up. One could guess she was only staying in the best hotels as well.

She immediately jumped up, it took a moment for her to get her wits about her though. For some reason her first thought was to get dressed, but then she realized she has a full closet at home.
"I have to get back home Carmine, do you know where you father is at all?"
She had to stop him, he could swing the tides of battle simply by making the enemy not follow orders. He was the chaos to her law. She curses the fact that she was down on vacation the entire time this was going on.
